FORMER Senator Stuart Syvret was arrested at the Airport today as he arrived back in Jersey after six months of self-imposed exile in the UK.Mr Syvret, who was disqualified from the States after spending more than six months out of the Island, has been the subject of an arrest order since failing to appear in court on data protection and motoring charges.
He has announced his intention to stand in the 16 June Senatorial by-election caused by his disqualification.
