Bill (himself a survivor of abuse in care) focuses on institutional child abuse and the erosion of civil liberties. Controversial topics he'll be discussing will include UK secret family courts, Jack Straw and what Bill terms 'Government Funded Child Abuse'.

Bill is scheduled to be interviewed at approx 9.15pm.
